WHY
Food Safety Auditing is an integral part of any food business. It ensures that all documents and standards are internally reviewed or audited on a regular basis by the business itself, to assess and determine compliance.
This workshop will outline the roles, responsibilities and requirements of an Internal Food Safety Auditor. Successful completion of the workshop will enable the Internal Food Safety Auditor to be competent in the participation and assist in the preparation of Food Safety Audits.
CERTIFICATES
Participants will receive a Nationally recognized Statement of Attainment on successful completion of the workshop
(for the unit FDFFSACA Assess Compliance with Food Safety Programs).
