Develop a HACCP Program
This program is designed teach people how to effectively develop a HACCP Program. A number of students also attend the workshop to refresh and update their HACCP skills and knowledge.

Food Safety Auditing
This program consist of the new units of competencies for food safety auditing. All units of competency are Nationally accredited.

Food Industry Supervisor Training
This program is designed to for both new supervisors and team leaders wanting to improve their supervisory and people management skills. The program includes a number of technical food industry units that reflect the higher level of knowledge required by supervisors and team leaders.

Meat Industry Supervisor Training
This programs is specific for meat industry supervisors. A number of the units in this program are presently funded by the WA Department of Education and Training as part of the Critical Skills Program.

 

Statements of Attainment
Statements of Attainment are issued for all units of competency when completed and successfully assessed as competent. There is no additional fee for assessment and the issuing of Statements of Attainment.

WHY

Food Safety Auditing is an integral part of any food business.  It ensures that all documents and standards are internally reviewed or audited on a regular basis by the business itself, to assess and determine compliance.

This workshop will outline the roles, responsibilities and requirements of an Internal Food Safety Auditor.  Successful completion of the workshop will enable the Internal Food Safety Auditor to be competent in the participation and assist in the preparation of Food Safety Audits.

CERTIFICATES

Participants will receive a Nationally recognized Statement of Attainment on successful completion of the workshop

(for the unit FDFFSACA Assess Compliance with Food Safety Programs).

Note:  for those just requiring Internal Auditing competency, attendance of the first unit FDFFSACA Assess compliance with food safety programs will give you the required certification.  

                       

WHY

ę Many organisations now have this qualification as a minimum requirement for food safety auditing. 

ę This qualification will also satisfy requirements for Lead Regulatory Food Safety Auditors, in compliance with the new Food Act 2008.

ę For those requiring internal auditing competency, complete the first unit only (FDFFSACA).

ę This training program is also accredited by the International auditing agency, RABQSA.

ę Achieve certification in the RABQSA units: RABQSA-AU, RABQSA-FS and RABQSA-TL – required for further application as a lead/food safety auditor with RABQSA.

ę Training is delivered by highly skilled and industry-experienced Lead Food Safety Auditor trainers.

ę We are recognized as an RTO of Excellence – Winner of 2008 Training Excellence Awards.

 

COSTS

ę Enrol in all of the above 4 units and receive a 5% discount.  Cost = $1330.00

ę Enrolment fee of $45 per student (compulsory fee).

ę RABQSA Examination and Certificate fee $95.00 (optional).  Note:  All four units must be completed to be eligible for examination and RABQSA Certificate.

ę Participants will receive a Nationally Recognized Statement of Attainment (in partial completion of Cert IV-Food Processing) on successful completion of the training program for:
