This one-day course is for those who require a current or updated
HACCP certificate of competence.

Coles and Woolworths Supplier Requirements now require the HACCP
Champion / Team Leader to undertake HACCP training every three years.
ê
This refresher course will meet these supplier requirements and will
update and re-validate your knowledge on HACCP principles in the food
industry.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible to attend this one-day refresher course, participants
MUST have previously completed the following 2 units (or
equivalent):

FDFCORFSY2A Implement the food safety program and procedures
o
FDFOPTHCP3A Participate in a HACCP team
ê
Evidence of prior Nationally recognized HACCP training is essential.
(A copy of your previous certificate must be provided).

Participants will receive a RABQSA International Certificate of
Achievement for:
o
RABQSA-HP Developing HACCP plans
