Certificate III in Meat Processing ( Meat Safety)
This qualification takes between 12 to 24 months to complete. The term is variable due to the program being self paced. Successful completion of Certificate III will allow you to work as a Meat Inspector forLocal and State Government (Western Australian Department of Health).

Certificate IV in Meat Processing ( Meat Safety)
This qualification takes between 6 to 12 months to complete. The term is variable due to the program being self paced. Successful completion of this qualification will allow you to apply for full time employment with the Australian Quarantine and Inspection Service (AQIS).
