Real Learning
The College fosters real learning and provides training resources for all units selected for trainees. Australian College of Training recognises that Government incentives are available for traineeships but sees the real benefit to companies from traineeship in individual and organisational learning. With this view in mind the College ensures targeted learning is provided for all units of competency delivered.
