Australian College of Training is very competitive in the market and develops comprehensive learning resources to ensure that students are taught both relevant skills and underpinning knowledge to work with their companies to compete in global markets.The College is highly flexible in training and assessment delivery and provides services that increase the technical knowledge of companies and employees in the food, beverage, meat and stock feed processing sectors. The College provides training to companies with multiple shifts and with multiple format training delivery. Learning and assessment strategies are tailored directly to multiple occupation pathways within the industry and within companies.
A key point of difference in the College's profile is that our trainers and assessors have qualifications and experience ranging from university to industry level with extensive experience in industry in company and regulatory roles.
The College chooses industry champions with solid reputations and levels of experience within industry. Australian College of Training strives to provide the "WOW" factor in training delivery and provides learning resources for all units of competency delivered.

The College provides extensive consultancy services within Australia and internationally. Consulting activities include value chain and supply chain, food safety risk management and quality assurance, export market development and effective design of systems and work flows.
