The Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110) is the latest standard in becoming a qualified trainer or assessor. This qualification teaches a range of skills including validation and moderation, effective assessment strategies, curriculum design and how to facilitate education in the workplace. Certificate IV is required for anyone wanting to embark on a training career in the Vocational Sector, and also provides a fantastic base for anyone wishing to train or teach. This qualification is also available in RPL for those wishing to upgrade and refresh their knowledge from BSZ or TAA. Australian College of Training has been teaching in this area for several years through both the TAA and now the TAE training packages. As part of the National Food Safety Qualification, certified by RABQSA International, this course is designed to teach competency in the skills and knowledge of food safety auditing. This course will focus on how to identify, evaluate and control food safety hazards, communicate and conduct internal and external food safety audits in line with RABQSA auditor certification standards. This course is the minimum requirement for approval as a Regulatory Food Safety Auditor in WA. This training program is designed for those who work in the food and food-related industry, including regulatory officers, that require skills and knowledge to conduct internal and external food safety audits in a food business.
